A service agreement that states our terms and conditions will be sent to you together with the payment acknowledgement for your purchased package.

Your membership validity will be activated immediately upon purchase. An acknowledgement email and service agreement form will be sent to you within 24-48 hrs. Please be informed that credits purchased outside our office hours shall be posted and acknowledged on the nearest working day.

This credit based package is strategically formulated to cater your Photo retouching needs only.

For every job completion, you will receive a job credits utilization summary. There will also be a weekly credit status report which will be sent by your dedicated account manager.

Silver and Gold package comes with a FREE 10GB storage which will be maintained for 12 months. Platinum members will get 20GB storage space where we could store your files for 2 years.

At Omorfia, we edit your photos until your desire is satisfied. Credit Based Package holders are entitled for unlimited revisions, just let us know within 2 working days upon our first job submission. However, some special requests may be subject for assessment and review.

We can cater a maximum of 30 photos per rush order, delivered within 6-8 hours.

All our packages rare offering a 20% monthly credit roll over, we advise to maximize all your credits in a given month. If you decide to cancel your membership within the validity period, unused credits will be forfeited. We recommend to use all your credits before closing your account.

YES! In the event that you purchase different packages at the same time, we will prioritize consuming whatever is higher. Both will reflect in your weekly credit status report.
